Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of food and perishable products, the following conditions apply.

Food & Perishable Items
For food, chilled, or frozen products, we do not accept returns unless:
- The item is damaged in transit
- The wrong item was supplied
- The product is defective

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.

Non-Food Items
Non-food products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused
- The item is in original packaging
- The item is in resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 3–7 business days

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
